Actually, the NRA has blocked legislation to deny guns to people on the terrorism watchlist, most of whom, I’m guessing are Muslims.

Weeeeeelll:

He has now told EVERYONE who can subpoena CNN’s video archives and/or TPM’s print archives that he intends to deny service to anyone on the basis of religion. That, dumbass,is a violation of the 14th Amendment through the Civil Rights Act and subject to all the criminal and civil penalties therein. That EVERYBODY includes a jury.
It also will give the ATF the right and the duty (unless they, also, would like to find themselves on the business end of a Civil Rights lawsuit) to deny him a re-issuance of his certificate, but also grounds to revoke the same.
