This scares me. Yesterday proved that we do not have a representative government. We know that in our gut, but every once while they put that fact into our face and āup yoursā attitude like yesterday when the gun bills were defeated when over 90% of the citizens of the United States are for the regulation of guns and background checks. But maybe it is our fault when some people keep electing people in to Congress like this person. I would like to think that gerrymandering has created these people. There are many people at fault, the people who do the opposite of what the American people want are created by the people who created the gerrymandering that tolerates the reelection of people who can be so stupid to give away guns as part of his election campaign, the Supreme Court that allows this outrageous gerrymandering, corrupt state government who actually create the gerrymandering that are more interested in reelection of their party when they redo the districts every ten years, not if the districts are developed to be representative of their population. We need to vote in federal elections to change the Supreme Court, and vote in state elections to make changes in the gerrymandering laws of the state. Until we take the action to show that we are going to take it anymore, we will never have any changes in the gun laws. We need to have the states required to create fair congressional districts and a need to change the Supreme Court that will take back the interpretation of the 2nd amendment.
