They will find the $$$ to test the kits but after the 1st 500 or so all of a sudden the money will dry up once the same felons appear and reappear and reappear…

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement conducted the $300,000 study on the number of untested kits and will present its findings to the Legislature.

$300k just to find out how many untested rape kits were out there? That sounds crazy. No computers? No inventory controls? Shouldn’t be that hard.
