Which section and article of the Constitution specifically gives this man the right to shoot anyone?? Well, the legal scholar Cliven Bundy has identified a right to wave guns around rather than pay hundreds of thousands of dollars you owe to the government if you don’t feel like it. I think it’s like the right to privacy, more implied than explicitly stated in the actual document.
