There are probably video cameras in the parking lots or satellite cameras. Even with today’s technology, I don’t think it will be that hard if he drove that car. I hope at least the FBI was filming the comings and goings of those on the federal property.

According to the Oregonian, 62-year-old Kenneth Medenbach was arrested in a Safeway parking lot for “unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.”
So in Oregon when armed militants illegally occupying a federal facility steal a government vehicle and take it on a beer run, that’s called “Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle?”
I’m pretty sure that if I tried that, they would call it Grand Theft Auto…well, for starters.
