Discussion for article #244765

More right-wing terrorism. But let’s make sure we dont let in any three-year-old orphaned refugees from Syria.

I hope H&O filed a police report about those threatening calls. If they didn’t the city should not let them out of their contract.

Trump: I will protect that flag. No state can take it down. It will be our new flag. South won the war and we know it.

Send me a plane ticket and some TNT. I can fix this.

Death threats? I think they call that expressing your heritage in the south.

“I went back and read your legal memorandum at least five times and I don’t even understand your argument,” Barbier said…

It might help if the judge spoke Palinese.

Would you say that to we if we were in the same room? I may be a lot of things but a retard…NO.

Yes, we’re becoming a nation of wimps because we can’t stand up to the shit-for-brains contingent who send out these threats knowing that they don’t have to actually do anything in order to gum everything up. To hell with them.

“I went back and read your legal memorandum at least five times and I don’t even understand your argument,” Barbier said, according to The Advocate. “Usually I understand an argument even if I don’t agree with it.”…He said planned to issue a written decision in the near future, according to The Advocate."

Translation: “I can’t call an argument frivolous when I don’t understand a word of it, but I don’t want to reward incoherence with a well reasoned denial from the Bench that may lead one of you challengers to believe your filing was worth the paper on which it’s printed. So instead I will hand a one-word note to my clerk as I leave the courtroom, and she will read the word “Denied” to you as soon as the courtroom door closes behind me.”

Maybe we can get POTUS to fire off some drones in that direction. I’m thinking of his final act as POTUS if the things are still standing and I’m confident they will be.

Incredible. Hope they catch the douchebags making the death threats.

“I went back and read your legal memorandum at least five times and I don’t even understand your argument,”

their argument can be reduced to: “reasons”

sure would be unfortunate if, during the process of waiting for a final opinion on this request, something were to happen to those monuments. like, what if a bundle of C4, with a blasting cap, were to be inadvertently left next to them and accidentally detonated? why, the monument would probably be blown up! then how would the local “heritage” groups teach the youngsters about pale history in the city/state/country?

Death threats are illegal, aren’t they?
