sure would be unfortunate if, during the process of waiting for a final opinion on this request, something were to happen to those monuments. like, what if a bundle of C4, with a blasting cap, were to be inadvertently left next to them and accidentally detonated? why, the monument would probably be blown up! then how would the local “heritage” groups teach the youngsters about pale history in the city/state/country?
