Joe Biden has nothing to do with it. The DA is just doing the GOP’er thing. The law is clear: you are responsible for your own actions. It doesn’t matter what you heard or what someone else said. You did it…it was your judgement and you go down.
He discharged a firearm in a public place. The DA has set a precedent for this being OK. It never was before. Who dies first?
I wonder how far we are going to go with this? Is everything going to be politicized and subject to wacky Tea Party’isms? Looks like it.

So whose advice can be used in court? Just the President and Vice-President? What if someone uses G. Gordon Liddy and his “Shoot federal agents in the head”. Would that count? A judge like this brings more of a mockery to the judicial branch of our government every day.

Was the prosecutor explicit about why the charges were dropped? Was the “Joe Biden” defense the only defense? Could be drawing the wrong conclusion.

Really? You’re trying to excuse your actions by saying, “Joe told me to do it!” Really?
You know, there’s this thing called “physics” that says when you throw something up into the air, it falls back down. You might get lucky and not do any damage with just shotgun pellets, but in parts of the world where it’s common to shoot pistols & rifles in the air to celebrate (which includes parts of the US), it’s not that uncommon for people to get injured or killed by the falling bullets…
It’s possible that the charge was dismissed had nothing to do with the Joe Biden defense. At least I hope so.

Well there is one thing I do know if someone breaks into a house and the owner brings out a shotgun and racks a shell into the gun the sound alone will do 2 things 1 cause the burgler to piss himself and 2cause his feet to start moveing at an acelerated pace out of the house…I mean the sound WILL PUT THE FEAR OF JEBUS INTO THEM
