Not too smart. Justifying her actions as those of a girl and favoring one state’s University over another when you need votes from everyone. She just pissed off a bunch of folks and put the female thing “on the table”.

Carly Fiorina said Sunday that her tweet that set off a “#CarlyCurse” trend on Twitter was just a joke.
Nothing particularly funny about the tweet. Where did conservatives get the idea that calling something a joke makes it go away? They’ve been doing it forever.

This is just dumb. No one expects her to root against her alma mater, and by doing so, she just demeans herself. Does she really expect to gain a single vote with this obvious pander? And if you’re a Stanford alum, you probably despise her, if you didn’t already.

I’m amazed that Hillary’s laugh is a “thing”. Carly, and Mitt before her, are almost painful to watch when they attempt to show some levity. It’s like watching Ted Knight in Caddyshack.

Even if we taker her words at face value (Hahaha…now that’s a real joke), it doesn’t get better for Fiorina.
It shows that in addition to not understanding humor, not understanding college sports, and not understanding politics, she doesn’t understand Twitter.

I don’t even think it’s an age thing. Freaking Betty White could say “A girl like me…” and it would be cute. If Rhonda Rousey said it we’d know she was being sarcastic, regardless of her age.
