Discussion: Ferguson Police Won't Release Officer's Name Despite Cyber Attacks

Discussion for article #226343

If the police chief fears for the officer’s life there is a real easy way to solve the problem. Actually investigate the crime, arrest the officer and put him in the slammer. If he is innocent, I am sure a jury of his peers will let him off. If he is guilty, he will have to worry about his fellow inmates if he is ever released into the general population. In the meantime the police chief should stop acting like a gang leader and start acting like an officer of the law.

Is this going to be a new trend. Anonymous until proven guilty.

Having come from another thread, it gave me an idea - maybe they need to follow what is considered acceptable tactics - publish license plate numbers of the cars at the police station, see what turns up?

Completely support Anonymous, this fat, white tub of shit derserves anything he gets. BTW, this guy apparently has a confederate flag hanging in his living rooms. Says it all.

Do you suppose Anonymous is looking at who was working what, that day. It would not seem to be a particularly hard problem with a small police force to figure out who was where when, particularly if you have their records.

If public officials fear the people they serve, perhaps they should look at what they are doing. If they can’t change, then they should find something else to do.
