Discussion: Ferguson Grand Jury: Leaks, Distrust And Anger As Decisions Looms

The supporters of Darren Wilson fail to mention that he had been FIRED from a neighboring police department for racist behavior.

That he is alleged to be a member of the local KKK.

And that he has a video history of intimidation.

These supporters ALSO fail to mention the fact that a Grand Jury is NOT even legally necessary to establish probable cause for arrest and charges in this case NOR has a Grand Jury ever been used in this manner before.

Darren Wilson’s supporters are TERRIFIED that this will go to trial…because this killer cop’s version of events could never stand cross examination under oath.

Considering we have video of Kajieme Powell getting gunned down, and that video was somehow considered “exculpatory,” I really don’t see why this took three months. He’s obviously going to walk.

Brown’s friend, Dorian Johnson, admitted they stole the cigars.

The robbery was called in by a customer, including a description. Why would the owner then call again?

And now the store owners are scared to death, and I don’t blame them.

You are saying that is not Brown in the video? For real?

Links? I’d be curious to see those, that would be very relevant. From what I have read he had no disciplinary history with his first job in Jennings. When that PD disbanded, he got a job in Ferguson, also with no disciplinary history. Good write-up here.

Please send your links.

You know this for a fact?

And please link me to where Wilson had a habit of grabbing people through the window. That would be a huge piece of evidence. Source? Because anyone who would pull a guy through the window when the guy was huge would indeed be pretty dumb. So please source me where he had a habit of putting himself in that position.

In fact, you are actually contradicting what Brown’s friend Dorian Johnson said. Johnson said Wilson went to open up his door, and it ricocheted off Brown and himself. He did not just pull up and grab him through the window. That’s nuts.

Wow.

Last year, a Toronto cop shot a passenger who had pulled out a knife and threatened everyone on the streetcar with it. Someone called the police, everyone managed to get off the streetcar safely but when the policeman showed up, pulled out his weapon and ordered the young man to get off the car, he refused. The cop fired 7 bullets into him.

After about 4 months, the cop was indicted and will stand trial for 2nd dg murder. He had been a cop for 7 years and had never used his weapon in an incident before this time.

Both the boy with the knife and the cop were white.

Relevance to this situation?

“You are saying that is not Brown in the video? For real?”

No…actually the STORE OWNER said that it isn’t Brown in the video.

The store owners are scared to death.

Johnson, Brown’s buddy who was with him, ADMITTED they robbed the store.

Wow.

Question should be, Why SHOULD they handle the news peacefully? They live under an American Apartheid. 100,000+ Black people in the community, over 300,000 warrants and citations for those same people. The White government oppresses them, makes money off of them, and now, kills them with impunity, and they, without recourse.

Under those circumstances, who can honestly blame them for fighting back against the injustices weighing them down?

“And please link me to where Wilson had a habit of grabbing people through the window. That would be a huge piece of evidence.”

"So, not telling us much we don’t already know, and it’s certainly no explanation as to how Brown got shot a dozen times, including a coup shot to the top of the head. Which, according to practically everyone but Wilson, came as he was tumbling to the ground after having already been shot several times.

It also doesn’t prove or disprove Wilson’s claim that Brown and Johnson attacked him and “went for his gun” - though it does support the idea that Wilson might have attempted to “detain” Brown using the “strong arm through the window while waiting on backup” tactic he’d been awarded for using before.

That’s exactly how Johnson described the scene, and this setup is eerily similar to the one Wilson experienced the last time he headlocked someone and pulled them halfway inside his vehicle while waiting for other officers."

“The store owners are scared to death.”

Of a DEAD TEENAGER?

Riiiiiight.

And frankly I don’t CARE what Dorian Johnson did or did not admit to.

Petty theft doesn’t carry the death penalty.

Frankly…all we have to do is to SWITCH the races of the individuals involved here to get YOU railing about “black rogue cops” and “justice denied”.

Justice, and hence the entire nation, will only be served when the is an open trial where all the evidence and testimony can be heard, where contradictions are challenged and the full knowledge of what the police claim happened laid before a jury.

It is, of course, quite possible that Wilson might be found not guilty, but at least those affected would be able to see exactly what happens. We could all form our own opinions based upon knowledge and not rumor.

It is also very possible that the DA might completely bungle the case, as we observed in the OJ trial. However, that would also be visible for all to see.

At this point in time, I fully expect the Grand Jury to decline to issue a true bill, and we’ll always suspect that the DA guided them to that result because he simply doesn’t want to try the case…and because he wants Wilson to go free. I could well be wrong about that, but given what’s been revealed thus far it remains the conclusion I must reach. If he doesn’t like that, then he should try the case, release the information, and do his job.

Since you love links so much…SOURCE ME where this store owner said that he was “scared to death” of Michael Brown.

?? This guy was being served a summons. The Supreme Court was very clear that videotaping can’t interfere with an Officer’s duties.

The SCOTUS decision allows people to film situations where police are making arrests of others, etc. But in this case this guy was the target of law enforcement action. Did you see this clown’s front yard? Clearly a white trash pig sty and in blatant violation of local ordinances, which is why he was being served a summons. He was refusing the summons, so he was interfering with Law Enforcement action. Plus Wilson seems pretty calm to me. And he even went and secured some of this guys stuff in the yard, etc. Also Wilson even said an audio recording was fine, so he was being quite nice actually.

Yeah, shoplifters should all be executed without trials.

“This guy was being served a summons. The Supreme Court was very clear that videotaping can’t interfere with an Officer’s duties.”

Since when did INTIMIDATION fall under “an officer’s duties”?

“Wilson seems pretty calm to me. And he even went and secured some of this guys stuff in the yard, etc.”

Yeah…CHARGING at someone…yelling “I’LL ARREST YOUR ASS!” is such a calm thing to do.

And Wilson handled the man’s PROPERTY without a search warrant as well…

THANKS for noticing.

Yeah, everyone CHARGES a cop who is shooting at them.
That has to be the dumbest thing anyone ever says about this, that an unarmed kid charged a cop with a gun.

Charging? Yelling?

Wow.
