Impossible. Let’s convene a grand jury to hear “all sides of the case” and we’ll exonerate the felon determine how to proceed.

This is a pretty bizarre story. If her boyfriend paid her bail, why would she have to sneak out a side door?? And seriously, who goes to jail for an expired tag?
The more I hear out of Ferguson, the more convinced I am the DOJ just needs to toss the entire place and take over for a few years.

They are corrupt to the core. Didn’t one of their local police departments already have everyone fired for corruption? Ferguson hired some of these bad cops. These people should be barred from working in any form of garda or police.
The whole town seems completely out control with no training,or standards of professionalism for it’s employes. If it where a business the only option would be to clean house and start over from scratch.
While Hayden was booking J.W. at the jail, he allegedly told her “you smell good” and acted in a “sexually provocative manner” toward her even though she told him she was several months pregnant and complained of pain, according to the lawsuit.
J.W.'s boyfriend bailed her out. Hayden then allegedly removed the victim from her cell and took her to a boiler room where he told her to give him oral sex and then had sex with her, according to the lawsuit.
Afterward Hayden allegedly ordered J.W. to leave the jail by a side door and gave her instructions to avoid being spotted by security cameras, the lawsuit states.

If she was bailed out by the boyfriend, why would she have to leave prison by a side door so to not be spotted by security cameras? They already had her mugshot. Something here is very fishy, looks like she wants to get some money out of the Ferguson brouhaha.
He told her there were more warrants on her (not sure if that was true) and that is why she was not allowed to go. Then they had sex and he let her out the side door. She did go right to police that night at the ER. And the Correctional Officer was immediately fired. Not sure why charges were not filed immediately though, there are still a lot of facts to come out. If she had outstanding warrants, she may have offered some head in exchange for getting out. She had already given a false name to police. Then again this guy might have lied to her. Can’t tell from either article.
She is definitely looking for a big payoff though. But it was not premeditated though. The incident and the reporting of it to police were over a year ago. I did read where the DNA tests just came back. But it does not say when she gave them the samples. Was it that night, or did she hold on to them for future use, and decided now might be a good time to play her hand.
Way too many facts missing here for sure, and it’s not TPM. Other links to this story are very vague as well. Probably more will come out.
