Wouldn’t this be considered a Constitutionally protected “well-regulated militia group”?
He’s the leader of the militia group, and having a leader suggests that it was well-regulated, if not, why bother to have a leader?
And since the Constitution doesn’t go into specifics regarding what it means to be “armed” and “well-regulated”, couldn’t one interpretation be having an unnecessary cache of automatic weapons, ammo, as well as owning enough explosives to take down a building? What if it was a corporate building? Corporations are people, so, what if that corporate building-person was actually a TERRORIST! Wouldn’t Joe the Plumber need help if it refused his demand to stand down ~ what if this group was Joe’s “or-else”?

Yes, I often carry around a few bags of fertilizer when I travel, because hey, you never know when some hotel or motel might have some weak looking grass that needs to be fertilized. The guy is a domestic terrorist, so deal with it. I guess you missed the part about the weapons he had, while of course not being legally able to own them. Just another good old white boy, exercising his 2nd Amendment rights huh? Believe me, the FBI and the ATF have been watching this guy for some time and know exactly who and what he is.

Ha. That’s just because even the trashiest white people are still superior to the most superior black people.
…except at sports. And rapping, or playing good jazz music. And then there’s the whole thing about weiner sizes, and how their women’s booties are better than our women. And then there’s the general coolness factor, where only the nerdiest black people choose to hang with white people. And of course, the black dude kicked the can of two white dudes for president, but that black dude was only half black, so that kinda explains it.
So besides all these areas and many others I didn’t mention, trashy white guys like the dude in this story are superior to black people. And this guy is going to blow stuff up to prove it. That’s because black people are naturally violent, so white guys have to compensate by using lots and lots of fertilizer.

There’s no such thing as an open carry permit in Texas. The permits allow concealed carry of sidearms. Open carry of long guns is legal with no permit.
