In a May 1 conversation with a “confidential human source” working for the FBI who Jalloh believed was an ally, Jalloh allegedly said such attacks are “100 percent the right thing” and named the organizer of a “Draw Mohammed” contest as a possible target for an attack.

In other words, Obama’s FBI has been saving Republicans’ asses? Say ‘Thank you,’ Mr. and Mrs. Conservative.

US Intelligence working exactly as it should. Many thanks to those involved for stopping what could have been more senseless loss of life.

Now, about banning assault rifles for civilians…

You know, if Trump was President the FBI would catch these nutjobs before they acted…oh…wait

Just imagine how much more they could do if only … the Republicans would agree to better funding of security requests. We can dream, I guess.

But beattycat, they have to pump lots more $$$$ into the DoD so that their buddies can continue to be war profiteers! There just isn’t enough graft in the Intel community to make it worth their while…

Who needs money for better security? Not a priortiy.

Someone please tell Paul Ryan, Chuck Grassley et al that the FBI has important, real work to do…and doesn’t have time to continue a frivolous nothing-burger of an investigation just to help Republican electoral prospects in November.

They ought to be ashamed.

Why won’t/can’t the Obama Administration do anything about terrorism and ISIS??!! We’re not going to have a country left if some Ex-National Guardsman Plotting Fort Hood-Style Terror Attacks isn’t caught!

We can also vote and make sure everyone we know votes and send the GOP packing.

This is a shocking story.

No American should have to spend 4 hours to try to get an AK-47, and it is appalling that some types of ID aren’t enough to buy an AR-15.

I’m going to complain to my GOP county officials and GOP state legislature, once they are done with the vital tasks of reducing polling times and places and creating strict voter ID requirements.

That’s what I thought first as well.
Then when I read:

Jalloh allegedly said such attacks are “100 percent the right thing”
and named the organizer of a “Draw Mohammed” contest as a possible target for an attack.

Bet that yappylittlebastard Jonny Bag’ODicks Ritzheimer wished he was in the big house–
instead of now having to look over his shoulder all the time.

If one other good thing came outta’ this sting-- that would have to be it.
Making one extremist prick more paranoid and fearful–
and no lawful carrying of a weapon-- now that there might be a need.
Heh. Heheh. Heh.

“Bailor”?

Anwar al-Awlaki was the American jihadi killed by a drone strike. There was an uproar about him not getting “due process”. None of those uproarious folks offered so much as hint of how he could be given that process…essentially saying he should be allowed to continue the solicitation of murder, in English, of Americans, until we sent the Texas Rangers or Joe Arpaio into the tribal areas of Yemen and arrested him.

The justification for killing him was based on threat. The threat that as an American he knew how to reach into this country and radicalize Americans. That was poo pooed…right here in TPM in these comment boards.

Then we had this.

Let us be clear about who made the best outcome happen. It was the FBI and under Comey, we can believe our best and brightest are doing their best to make us secure. -30-

This the way to do it. Very classy, very professional.

Here’s a bit of a review. It ain’t pretty.

So, this is not an expression of Second Amendment rights, unless a Bundy is involved?

Glad he quit the NG, otherwise it would have been another case of “workplace violence.”
