Words have consequences.
If the documents are being unsealed, then I’m guessing that they are already in the court’s records. On the other hand,if they have to be produced, and a certain someone refuses to release them, then that person might be opening up himself to the possibility of HUGE discovery sanctions. Could get interesting.
