BTW, caring for wild horses on federal land is actually a good use of taxpayer funds. Wild horses are re-seeders, and unlike cattle and sheep, are actually good for range and grasslands.

The ottnott rule allows such individual federal employees or their designated agents to crap on the floor of the House office of such individual lawmakers.

If fed workers salaries are cut then the salary of every member of Congress should be cut by the same percentage. Besides. I think $174.000 plus hoards of benefits is a tad bit excessive for part time employment. Consider…the 113th Congress (House side) was in session for a total of 113 days in its second year. They had more working days off than they were in session. They were in session an average of 2 and a half days a week.
So thanks to some assclown in Virginia being pissy about horses being cared for thousands of miles away, NOT EVEN IN HIS OWN DISTRICT, now the incoming administration has the ability via Congress to individually target federal employees who displease them for whatever reason they see fit, and hack their salary down as they see fit - which by the way means they can ratchet it down all the way to $1. This is disgusting on a whole new level, that GOP congresscritters think busting an underling working in the government down to a jailhouse wage is somehow good optics for the country. What’s next, chain gangs replacing mail carriers?
Please be sure to hammer this home with your reps in Congress, that the GOP is now actively and purposely working to become job killers.
