‘Just who do you believe? MY lying mouth or YOUR lying eyes?’

Good. WH has declared that FOX News is an official propaganda arm of the Trump regime. Never let them claim otherwise. It’s in writing now.

Has anyone checked in with NASA? Heck, anyplace there are primarily true scientists.

I know. I asked more than one doctor’s office staff to change channels for the sake of their patients and staff health.

Lives count on it now.

So at the risk of coming across as an old fuddy-duddy – I’d like to back up here a second and ask why the heck there are all these TVs blaring away all over the FDA headquarters in the first place?

How does it help FDA employees do their jobs to have Fox News, CNN, or any other network playing in the background?

Or is this becoming the norm now in other government and/or corporate office workspaces? That there are TVs constantly playing in the background all over the place like a sports bar? Is this something most employees even want?

Big improvement from the initial e-mail that demanded RT on all tvs.

In the big picture CNN is little better than FOX. The information on cable news or network news for that matter is so dependent upon well worn narratives that it is rendered useless and often absurd.

Ha. Joke or no joke I met be getting one of those!

Also, for only about $3, you can get a tiny universal remote that scans through all the channels until it finds the one that works for the TV you’re at, allowing you to mute it or change the channel. It’s wonderful for restaurants.

“There was no directive or memorandum from the Administration that went out to employees about broadcast news channels displaying on monitors in common areas throughout the FDA’s White Oak campus,” a spokesperson for the FDA told TPM in an email.

“We did it entirely on our own initiative, anticipating what Dear Leader’s desires would be,” they added. So much more comforting.

I’d rather stare at a blank TV screen than watch Fox “News”.
