Strictly speaking, any crime committed by these people is a hate crime, because hate is all they have.
Can’t we just take membership in a hate organization that denigrates the victim’s demographic as proof of hate crime and spend our law enforcement dollars on something useful to society like psych training and non lethal weapons training?
