So basically, Scott Walker, harnessing the insane racism of Milwaukee’s Boer burbs, rides the tea party tidal wave into office and, with an assist from the Supreme Court, blocks the Medicaid expansion, and then dude can’t get his meds, so some bigot cop shoots him for Being While Black in a Public Place?
Shot with the same kind of attitude as the officer would have had in confronting a rabid animal. See problem - kill it!
Seems to me any police officer that kills anyone who isn’t armed should automatically be charged, and the courts should determine how and whether that killing can be justified. People shouldn’t have to beg for justice, only to be denied, as will inevitably happen with the grand jury scam now going on in Ferguson.

You know hundreds of people are murdered each year by unarmed people. Hands and feet can and will kill people. The police officer was attacked and just like an ordinary civilian can kill the attacker.
