Discussion: Falwell Jr. Defends Roy Moore: ‘I Believe The Judge Is Telling The Truth’

Of course, L’il Falwell believes Roy Moore. Just like L’il Falwell believes the liar, theif and pussy grabber that he helped to put in the White House.

This is yet another reason why churches should be forced to pay their fair share of taxes like everything else!

“It comes down to a question who is more credible in the eyes of the voters — the candidate or the accuser whether the candidate will faithfully represent our prejudices and fears, in which case we don’t care that the allegations are true,” Falwell Jr. told the Religious News Service in an email published Friday.

Fixed.

mainstream logic on the right dictates that reporters relaying anonymous claims are liars and complainants willing to attach their names to accusations are also liars (seeking money or attention). what the fuck.

You can take your argumentum ad populum and stick it up your ignorant, lying, hypocritical, fundamentalist ass so far that you get an auto-tonsillectomy.

Well it is over, a Falwell has spoken.

I wonder what John Hagey has to say. Should be time for him to pop up.

Falwell Jr. added in a subsequent email: “And I believe the judge is telling the truth.”

“Who ya gonna believe,” his email continued, “a G-d fearing man or filthy, menstruating Jezebels?”

To which 80% of “white evangelicals” resoundingly responded, “Amen!”

Wow, who saw that coming?

Between now and voting on Dec 12th Moore needs to do something that strengthens his position with Alabama voters, make them forget this episode. Something to make amends. He could firebomb a black church. Maybe throw a “KKK” only picnic. Doug Jones wouldn’t stand a chance.

I think I’m willing to be wrong, and suffer the eternal consequences, about God not being real if it means people like Falwell (all of them), Moore, and their kind are properly judged.

I’m reserving judgement until Benny Hinn weighs in!

He fills the pockets with rolls of quarters and has them stitched shut.

It’s quite clear at this point these people have sold their soul to the Devil and they’re perfectly comfortable with the possibility of eternal damnation for short term political gain.

There is simply no cost Republicans won’t bear for raw political power. And that includes trashing their professed beliefs, their religion and their God. So much for setting standards for their kids and their communities.

When they repent on their deathbeds ala Lee Atwater, I won’t want to hear it.

It’s baffling to me that the ones who wrap themselves in morality are the most immoral and just plain creepy among us.

How many girls (or boys) are in Junior’s boudoir?

@albesure And people KEEP FALLING FOR IT. I’ll say it again: when a self-proclaimed straight Christian spends all his time screaming about gay sex and promiscuity, expect the worst.

I loved that show! Especially the end, where everybody’s running around to Yakety Sax.
