“The U.S. Justice Department argues that census officials take steps to guard against an undercount, including making follow-up visits in person, so the final numbers will be accurate.”

Was there any doubt this was just one more way to suppress the vote?

Never forget, the R’s can’t win unless they cheat. They are a minority party and have been for many years. They know it, but yet, they remain in power. Money talks, Gerrymandering works, and the Dem’s are their own worst enemy.

We have a chance for the next 12 months. Don’t blow it.

So who knew that the defendant gets to decide how much of an improper shift in payments is “negligible”. A lot of embezzlers would like to see that statute.

Exactly, expected to work as designed. Let’s hope the courts put a stop to this nonsense. Notwithstanding the 3/5ths nonsense (which was superseded many years ago), the Constititution mandates a decennial count of “persons” living in the United States, not citizens.

Doesn’t the government already know?

Asking who?

If Jesus was alive today , He wouldn*t be let into America ( under the present regime ) because He was olive skinned .

And he’s the leader of a gang.

Yeah, the notorious “JC-13”, heard they were very active around Nazareth…
