Much to Donald Trump’s dismay, karma is a bitch, and she put on 65 pounds in the last few weeks.
Eric Schneiderin is doing a great job. Methinks he may be in the running to replace our Governor, but I’d rather stay right where he is. Attorney General in the Clinton Administration wouldn’t be bad, either.
I can’t believe the obvious messaging openings Trump and his cronies and all of the GOP give the Dems which they don’t take, even Bernie.
We need “stop and frisk” for Wall Street and corporations.
OK, Schneiderman… just enough to make him toxic, but not drop him out of the race before 11/8!
Won’t make progress in time for election, but I’m looking forward to not only DT losing the election, but watching him spending years in litigation from all these things uncovered in his Ego run.
Remember a big New York newspaper spent months casting lotta clouds over a wrong foundation instead? Eric Boehlert counted yesterday and tweeted the number of their stories about the wrong foundation = 120 whereas that of Trump’s tax evasion ATM = 17. I haven’t counted myself to confirm it, but it sounds about right.
I will never forgive and forget.
Nothing will hurt Alternate Reality Donald more than taking away his piggy bank
Is too much Schadenfreude bad for you in the “too much cheesecake for the beauty queen” way or “too much lead in the water supply” way?
And still no reporting by TPM on the overnight bombshell from Eichenwald’s Newsweek cover story on Trump’s past illegal business venture in Cuba a few years back.
I’d say there are some huge bald patches on his vaunted media-savviness. He could he possibly not have anticipated the scrutiny he’d be under if he ran? I’m not sure “savvy” is the right word for a person who gets attention and destroys his world in the process.
Shit! It all becomes all so overwhelming in its irony and absurdity. The Trump Foundation is an obvious slush fund and money laundering operation…exactly what he accused the gold star Clinton Foundation of being.
Trump is the most absurd, crooked, lying, deranged and dangerous presidential candidate in our republic’s history and his endless trail of frauds, scams, crooked deals, cheats and arrogant flaunting of the law is just too much to keep up with on any given day.
Here…have a laugh:
It’s there, posted about 45 or so minutes ago, though just as one of the LiveWire articles (deserves the top on the front along with this one).
ETA: @misterneutron beat me to it
I have looked into the future – well, my Magic 8-Ball – and it sees a time in the not-too-distant future where Trump, fresh from a massive defeat in the election, is also slapped with massive civil and criminal fines by various agencies, loses several massive civil trials and faces huge judgments against him, sees his foundation stripped of its charitable status and heavily fined, and sees his business interests suffer heavy losses from people refusing to patronize his hotels and resorts or do business with him. In other words . . .pain. Glorious, well-deserved monetary pain and humiliation for this unrepentant, irredeemable, despicable asshole.
Expensive, expensive litigation. And the ultimate fantasy – jail time!
That’s kind of what audits are. And I agree we should be doing a lot more of them at the corporate level, but good luck getting a GOP-dominated Congress to allocate funds for that to the IRS.
I am entirely with you on that. If Clinton loses this election, said big New York newspaper will have been partially responsible.
Never forget what the media did to Al Gore, with their false narrative of his so-called lies.
Ms. Sneed, I’m going to start keeping a jar on my desk to put a dollar into every time you make my day!
I think the short version of this is that Trump is headed for a BIG haircut:)
