Would this be grounds for Mueller to obtain a warrant to go and just take everything he wants from this guy’s house?

I think this fool is about to find out why you never ignore a subpoena.

I’m not sure if “I don’t wanna” has much precedent as a legal stravfefe.

Roger is my mentor. Roger’s like family to me. I’m not going to do it.”

Ok. Please don’t tell me he’s got a back tattoo of Roger Stone.

You just tear up that subpoena, Sam. You’ll find out just how much power a federal prosecutor has. Oh, and Dear Leader (probably, maybe) doesn’t have the power to pardon you for contempt of court.*

  • Not a settled question, but likely that an executive pardon would not extend to contempt, which is an exercise of the judiciary’s inherent power to administer itself. An attempted pardon would raise separation of powers issues. But see, Trump’s pardon eliminating the punishment for Joe Arpaio, as @tf82 noted.

Gee officer, I don’t feel like being inconvenienced by your silly admonition of my speeding, so I’m just going to leave now.

Have you ever listened to Sam Nunberg and not thought, “What a bullshit artist he is”? And yet he thrives by giving endless, “I don’t know but I think that…” interviews, especially on MSNBC. Just stop providing people like him oxygen.

“I think it would be really, really funny that they wanted to arrest me because I didn’t want to spend 80 hours going over emails I had with Steve Bannon and Roger Stone,” he said.

Also hilarious? Indefinite imprisonment for contempt of court…

These kids aren’t exactly the sharpest tools in the legal shed. I’m reminded of how, every time the Justice Department tries to argue in court that Trump Travel bans aren’t racially or religiously motivated, Trump’s television statements are rolled out to demonstrate intent…

I'm prepared to bet Special Counsel Mueller's team already has Sam Nunberg's emails

Even if you have someone's emails from other parties to them or from the service provider, you ask for them anyway. Among other things you learn a lot when people selectively disclose.

Isn’t this when Daredevil drops into D.C. and kicks every one of Trump’s minions’ asses, and then slips into Maralago for a showdown with the crime boss himself?

Is that like a legal covfefe?

Trump repeatedly lashing out on Twitter. Nunberg crying out on live TV. Mooch being, well, Mooch.

Don’t these guys have a private safe place they can go to when stressed? Or seek a therapist? Must we be constantly exposed to these meltdowns?
