I’m going to defend him. We don’t know what happened, but if the kids fired first like alleged, he might have just fired his gun to scare them off. It worked, they ran.

There is nothing in anyone’s wallet that’s worth dying for.

I’m guessing the robber fired a shot only because Flynn pulled a gun on him. Without that, the robber would probably have been perfectly happy with just the wallet, and no shots would have been fired.

I cannot fault anyone working late in D.C. who knows how to handle a gun for legally carrying and using a firearm appropriately. Oh, and good for Bizzaro for keeping his ethnic name. God forbid he should worry about pinhead TPM readers who need to make a cheap joke.
