I fervently hope that Dems don’t drop the ball on this issue. Decriminalizing weed is an issue that one party or other will own very soon, and be rewarded for it heavily at the polls. There used to be some legitimate concerns about this, but now that we’ve had Colorado and other states do the legislative lab work, the tests have come back unambiguously in favor of legalization. The case grows even stronger when you consider the evidence that it causes a fall in opioid use. Every Dem should embrace this issue.

Hey, if it gets it legal then I’m damn glad there is money in it and I couldn’t care less about Boehner’s hypocrisy - I want to see it legal.

Get back to me, John, when you’ve thought about it and you evolve on the issue of equality for gay people – oh, and wish to apologize for your fear-mongering, spreading awful lies and used your seat (Speaker of the House) and federal funds to fight against equality and basic human dignity in federal court, a fight you ultimately lost while wasting millions of taxpayer dollars pushing your ignorant, hate-filled agenda.
