The complaint showed that Doggart’s communications were often full of such fiery, soaring rhetoric.

“Our small group will soon be faced with the fight of our lives,” Doggart wrote in another Facebook post. “We will offer those lives as collateral to prove our commitment to our God. We shall be Warriors who will inflict horrible numbers of casualties upon the enemies of our Nation and World Peace.”

Soaring rhetoric?? His is the language of the deluded, the megalomaniac, the crazed nativist xenophobe, the leader of the local fascist party. I’m going to go for all of them.

The man is a terrorist and should be detained, not released on his own recognizance. Certainly if his first name were Mohammed…

This is just hard to swallow: released on $30,000 bond? Max penalty of 5 years in jail?

If his name was Khalid Doggart he’d be in a maximum security prison by this time.

Why don’t these old Aryan Nation types just die off and stop making fools of themselves?

Why not Gitmo?

Jail time is warranted as is a much bigger fine, along with no further use of the internet or watching FuxSnooz or Thrush “the fourth marriage is the most sacred and/or got some oxy” Limbaugh.

No no no no!!! It’s only terrorism if the perps are brown!

Where are all the so-called “moderate” Christian clerics? Why have they not publicly denounced this terror plot? If Christianity is truly a “religion of peace” as so many of the religion’s apologists claim, why haven’t Franklin Graham and the Pope already spoken up on this issue? Also, too, white people. All white people must denounce the acts and plans of this man.

Really–OAF. You just can’t make this stuff up.

Clearly, he was just trying to buff up his bona fides before his primary challenge to DesJarlais in 2016.

Doggart wrote in another Facebook post. “We will offer those lives as

Nation and World Peace.”

The complaint also referenced an intercepted phone call in which
Doggart told a woman: “When we meet with this state, the people that we
will seek will know who we are. We will be cruel to them. And we will
burn down their buildings."

This guys language would fit right in with the thinking of ISIS oddly enough. Of course he would be blind to the epic irony. Thankfully he didn’t carry out his threat or get elected…

Will the real terrorist please stand up!!

As far as I’m concerned, that old geezer is a terrorist and was conspiring to commit a hate crime. Now if his skin had been darker, and Christians had been targeted, he wouldn’t have gotten off with just house arrest pending sentencing and facing a little fine and “up to” five years in prison. He’ll get a slap on the wrist and he’ll walk, very possibly to commit hate crimes in the future. I am disgusted and appalled.

Bah!
It’s a set up for Jon Stewart. This guy wants to make Jon’s last few shows easy. Sort of a variety of false flag operation don’cha know…

Letting this guy go on $30,000 bond and a maximum penalty of 5 years is just insane. He was actively plotting a murderous rampage, for God’s sake.
