Maybe they can not be released through FOIA but what about the house intelligence committee releasing them after January? Should be no problem since the Princess claims there is no classified information in them. Can not wait for the administrations excuse for preventing that…

Also, it was not illegal when Clinton did it. As a direct result of the Clinton scandal, they made it illegal. So, Ivanka broke the law.

We should investigate Ivanka’s use of emails because there is a credible allegation that she actually broke the law.

personal emails for government business could violate the Presidential Records Act, which requires that all official White House communications and records be preserved as a permanent archive. It can also increase the risk that sensitive government information could be mishandled or hacked

Looks like the “could violate” is there to give a pass when it is necessary to use gmail in an emergency.

Kushner and others have used private emails for govt business, and they were busted too. What is disconcerting is that family attorney Lowell was the only one to review IT and JK emails to determine what was official and required archive. Presumably, the rest were deleted.

Yes, Hilary had to testify, so why not Ivanka? Ivanka should be happy to testify under oath, as did Hilary, and let the public have full access to these innocuous emails.

Wait a second: Clinton’s emails could NOT be accessed by a FOIA request. That was tried and they came back and said there was nothing. Why? Because they were on her private email server, not a government server.

Iwanka and Cuck Kushner spent the entire summer vacation prior to the 2016 election working with Putin’s mistress and Russian intelligence operatives at a resort in Soviet bloc country. I hope that the criminal conspiracies and crimes that resulted from those activities with Putin’s mistress is brought to justice.
