Discussion: Ethics Court Fines Pennsylvania Justice $50K For Lewd Emails

It is very difficult for me to believe that blatant behavior such as is described here does not reflect an underlying belief system and thinking process that skewed a significant percentage of Justice Eakin’s decisions on cases that came before him.

The responsible thing for the justice system to do is to initiate a thorough case review of all of his cases to determine whether his mindset was a prejudicial factor in his past decisions, much like is undertaken when malpractice is discovered in police or criminal laboratories, then reopen cases when concerns are identified.

I find it hard to accept, based on admittedly incomplete knowledge of the whole picture, that Attorney General Kane, who brought this festering mess to light is apparently being punished far more severely than any of the miscreants she uncovered.

It seems to me that she is more heroine than villain.

Such a slap on the wrist. It must hurt when he masturbates.

“The common thread of the emails, with their imagery of sexism, racism and bigotry, is arrogance and the belief that an individual is better than his or her peers.”

Arrogance — A thread that seems to have woven itself throughout our entire government —

I gotta say , that Donald sure did bring all the hateful part of his arty out of the woodwork.

Childish remark.

Too bad he keeps his pension, this creep.
