You know Ken, Julia Child had great recipes for Schadenfreude; May I suggest a side of crow with humble pie for desert?

ā€œWe need to put this horrible situation behind us. We need to be honest,ā€ he said. ā€œI didn’t know about what was happening, but I have to, and I willingly do accept responsibility.ā€

OK, OK, OK, perhaps if he allows himself to be impeached by the Board of Regents, then agrees to meet with the rape victims every week for the rest of his life, perhaps they could one day put this horrible situation behind them.

Apparently, Starr only believed consensual sex was worthy of exhaustive investigation and legal proceedings.

So let’s look at the record.

18 years since the Clinton Impeachment, where are they now?

BILL CLINTON - Multimillionaire with a record of serving for eight full years as president and now in position to be the first First Gentleman in US History.

KEN STARR - Teaching college-age kids at Baylor not to put metal in the microwave.

Wasn’t Ken impeached??

His decision to resign came awfully quick. Smells like he got one hell of a golden parachute.

Starr said he resigned ā€œAs a matter of conscience.ā€
Hey, Kenny, here’s my ā€œmatter of conscienceā€: BLOW ME!

Is it possible to reach toxic levels of schadenfreude? Just asking for a, um, close friend of mine. He’s afraid that if any news came out about Newt Gingrich’s marriage that he might just expire on the spot.

Unfortunate timing. Ken Starr was just coming around to publicly praising Bill Clinton and almost absolving him of ā€˜the unpleasantness’: http://www.nytimes.com/2016/05/25/us/politics/ken-starr-impeachment-bill-clinton.html

Help me out with this: Baylor officials (including Mr. Starr) were told about sexual assaults and did not adequately respond and in some cases discouraged female students from reporting the assaults. But now, Ken Starr is saying he didn’t know about it; that he ā€œdidn’t know what happening.ā€ He’s either clueless or downright lying. (Hint: it’s the latter.) This from a man who thought that Clinton having consensual sex in the Oval Office was a high crime. I guess, for Mr. Starr, non-consensual sex is not a crime.

Yep, it’s time for a rousing chorus of gaudeamus igitur in honor of one big equinus gluteus maximus

I’m not so sure the timing is necessarily all that unfortunate. It has brought Starr (and past as well as present events) into more public awareness, and his disgrace would actually seem to underscore the near-absolution he just gave Clinton.

Bless his heart, it couldn’t happen to a nicer douchebag!

And he’s getting bumped down to what new fictional position that will still give them the honor of shoveling cash at him?
