Sorry, it’s a kneejerk reaction to all the people (usually conservatives in my experience) who think the first amendment guarantees, say, their right to say stupid shit and not have anyone criticize them. It’s a misunderstood amendment

Trump’s “candidacy” proves that racism is worse than ever.
He probably could have gone towards saying that “all poor people regardless of race or background are suffering and discriminated against” and not look so bad. But he didn’t so he does.

I think he’s just saying that equal rights and discrimination are all historically contextual. For example, had he been on the air in 1951, he would remind youngsters that they really aren’t being discriminated against, because they’re not being shackled and enslaved. Their great grandparents didn’t even have drinking fountains and bathrooms to use, much less being able to ride on a bus.
Judging from Trumps rallies and your little reactionary website there, it would appear so. I would also suggest you learn about the technology you choose to communicate with… like the spell-check function

That would be anti- Semitic would it not?? I grew up white in the projects south of Boston…sure there was racism on both sides but we seemed to realize it was more about being poor than skin color. Had and have black friends now and i think if you were to ask them they would say it has gotten worse under this president. He is half white but that never seems to be a topic. I believe he has experienced MORE white privilege than I…if there IS such a thing!! LOL

This man is a class act! I think that what he is trying to say is “sure there is racism out there but much less than it used to be and there are a lot of opportunities for everyone that wants to work hard and pay attention in school and dont let anyone tell you that you can not do something!”
