Erick…face it, the GOP thanks to sequestration are responsible for the Ebola issue. Of course, if you have a great deal of faith in God like you pretend to, why don’t you volunteer to go help in West Africa.

“Look, it’s the four pillars of the male heterosexual psyche. We like:
naked women, stockings, lesbians, and Sean Connery best as James Bond.”

Erickson announced earlier this year that he was accepted to seminary, calling it part of his journey “to glorify God more fully in this multidimensional platform of a career God has blessed me with.”

I truly don’t understand a lot of people who claim to be so religious yet will spout the most ugly, divisive and demeaning comments I have ever heard. Just baffling.

Holy mother of god. Could this guy be more toxic? And he wants to be a minister? What part of the “love your neighbor as you would love yourself” thing doesn’t he get?

He’s muddying the issue. Instead of concentrating on the fact that the agency needs to be funded in order to solve crisis like diseases that can potentially kill, he instead wants to turn this into “the gays are getting all the money that could have helped you”! Much like the issue with food stamps and health care; “those” people get your money and ruin everything.

Sadly, this works.

It’s simple: they’ve either never read the bible or they stopped after the old testament.

So Erickson is saying the NIH had a choice between studying sexual orientation-related obesity or creating a vaccine for Ebola, and decided, “Nah, we don’t care about a disease that makes blood pour from every orifice in horrifying ways, we want to study fat lesbians, because finding a vaccine for a lethal disease isn’t any more costly than conducting a study.”

This is the same line of thinking as believing that we could balance our federal budget if we withdrew from the U.N. and stopped all foreign aid.

He could care less about "God’. He sees how Joel O$teen is crying all the way to the bank and he wants to get his piece of the pie as well!

I guarantee right here on this date that within a decade, and possibly very much sooner, Erick Erickson will be blubbering pathetically to the media and begging for forgiveness after he is caught getting his “piece of pie” from one of his young female parishoners.

Gawd, I adore these stupid idiots. They make me laugh, and yet weep for our government.

But then again, we do have the best damn government that money can buy.

What do you call a lesbian with fat fingers?

Well hung.

(Told to me by my lesbian niece, so spare me the snark.)

Eric Erickson is what a Stupid Persons idea of a Smart Person is, and he is what passes for an “intellectual” in the Tea Party.

Erickson is vile, but…isn’t his point valid?

I mean, as an organization, if you are given $X.XX - then what you chose to and not to spend it on is up for review.

If an organization could have used that to research Ebola vaccinations, but instead, chose studies like this, then it should be put up for review. Not as “liberal” or “conservative,” but as, “Whoever leads this group has really bad precepts of what the correct priorities are.”

Unfortunately, it does. Personally, I think that we should ship everyone who wants to blame Obama and the Democrats to Africa to fight Ebola. I’m sorry if the GOP doesn’t have the intestinal fortitude to face their mistakes and try to blame others.

Bullshit, dear.

If Erickson really believes that God blessed him with his so-called “career,” he should have tumbled to the obvious fact that God is not terribly fond of him.
