can we just save the tax-payers a lot of money and put this guy in a 7x7 cell? What does it cost now, $25K/year? It would be a lot cheaper… If you add in the saved investigation costs, and the costs of hearings into his malfeasance, this could have a material impact on the budget.

We, the American taxpayers, could have saved a bundle if only he had opted instead for a competent therapist to treat his astoundingly paranoiac delusions.
