I’m glad the AP was willing to contact the environmental groups that have detailed information about just what waters will be affected. Oh, wait. Also, that bit about wetlands that are only wet when there’s rain: that’s a biased way of talking about seasonal wetlands, creeks, ponds etc. So if your river goes dry in midsummer, it’s not protected any more.
