Discussion: EPA Postpones Final Say On Controversial Science Transparency Rule

“> The EPA has a long history of creating burdensome, unnecessary regulations without giving the public an opportunity to fully vet the reasoning behind their decisions,” Rounds said then.

IOW, the Senator signals: “Damn the EPA and their regulations for bringing about safe water and safe air!!!” and “Get the Hell off of my Lawn!!!”

The hate against the EPA is just another example of Republicans being for something before they were against it. Like, you guys invented the EPA. How the fuck do they suck so bad?

No doubt that when the Repugs supported the EPA they never imagined that it would actually do anything about cleaning up the environment.

Isn’t it ironic that Nixon proposed the creation of the EPA.

The EPA says it received almost 600,000 public comments on the proposal

I hope those comments were in opposition to the rule.

What I was thinking.

Or instead of Russian bots they will claim that something/anything was not spelled/written correctly (iow an I was not dotted) therefore comments have been purged. When called out, what don’t you understand about the word purged, purged means they are not available despite any record keeping laws. Another ploy, the comment server was a private server, we therefore don’t have access to it.
