I’m not looking for how to impeach him. The GOP members will never vote to impeach. I’m looking for ways to hang crimes around his neck and, best case, put him in jail.

I went with Black Watch. It’s recognizable to most and not (that I am aware of) clan specific.

ETA - “including commemorative kilt” sounds like a winner.
