Discussion: Elections Director: ‘Coordinated, Unlawful’ Absentee Ballot Plot In NC 9th District

Harris’ BFF Jesus of Nazareth was crucified for much less of an infraction against civil society. Time to fit Harris’ head for a metaphoric crown of thorns.

Oooooh, this is not good…

I hope this POS is prosecuted to the full extent of the law by both state and federal prosecutors.

They sure are dragging this thing out. They have all the evidence they need to order up another election due to the fraud that was done in this election. Three months and the people of that district still have no representation. I know NC is probably looking for any excuse to keep that seat in the R column, but this really is an obvious case of voter fraud.

No wonder Republicans complain so much about voter fraud. They always seem to have first hand knowledge of it because they have so many Republicans that do this shit in order to gain unlawful advantage.

May I suggest fitting his head for something more befitting?

Au revoir! [schwinng]™

This was just diabolical in its simplicity: “We’ll turn in your ballot for you. No need to buy a stamp”.
Then hire a crew to make the rounds, pick them up and burn them.
Jaw dropping.

I don’t understand why they’d need to order up a new election. Since McCrae Dowless was hired by Mark Harris to manipulate and/or destroy ballots on his behalf thereby making Harris’s win fraudulent, can’t the elections board declare that Dan McCready is the rightful winner?

Sounds good to me…but I suspect that’s why they’re hemming and hawing all this time. They’d rather have another election now that the fraud is so damn obvious, rather than just award the victory to the rightful winner.

So, I guess this means McCrae Dowless will be named by Trump to head a Federal elections taskforce.

You mean: “Let the Democrat win” ? We can’t have that, better try again and see, if we can win without cheating…

Doesn’t the House make the decision on what to do because it can bar Harris from being seated.

And they should bar him. Shameful. And for ALL the times a Republican screams about voter fraud, they did it, they have been silent about it, and they are trying to drag it out so the can still seat the crook.

I don’t see Speaker Pelosi welcoming this cretin into her house.

A big step up, ethically, from the last chair.

It’s more complicated than that. They don’t have a basis to declare McCready the winner based on a parsed vote count so unless Dowless concedes there has to be a special election where turnout will be the deciding factor with an edge to whichever party controls the voting.

This sort of brazen vote fraud/theft should have a pretty long prison sentence as a deterrent, and everyone who touched it should be in jail, including the candidate who hired the guy.

In a do-over, the republican candidate should be asked at every event what measures they’re taking to make sure that their stand and party operatives aren’t committing election fraud again.

Let’s say they have a do-over election and Harris wins. The House could still refuse to seat him based on him having cheated to win the regularly scheduled election. Or, they could seat him and promptly impeach him for the high crime of hiring an operative known to “achieve” extraordinary results with absentee ballots, who then forged or destroyed thousands of ballots in the 2018 election.

This is why NC republicans want a do-over with a new primary, so they can wipe Harris off the ballot and try to elect their preferred candidate.

What happened in America that the GOP hates Americans. The GOP supports Nazis–let that sink in. 125,000 Americans were killed or wounded fighting Nazis in WW2 and Republican Americans openly support and champion Nazis who plot against African-Americans and Jewish-Americans and Latino-Americans and…anyone who may vote for the Democratic Party of the United States. WTF? I don’t want to sow division or incite one group of Americans over another but, seriously, why is our government slow rolling justice and democracy? For what reason?

If there is a do-over, the Republican candidate must be Harris. Can’t reward the Republicans for cheating by allowing them to pick a more viable candidate.
