Ok, at what point can whoever filed the paper be sanctioned for frivolous action?

Conclusion: A further attempt to discredit, undermine, and foster disrespect for the judiciary. Shameful! Trumpian!

GOP renames itself the Sore Loser Baby Party.

Hey Republicans, read your bibles…two wrongs don’t make a right although it probably makes for today’s definition of a so called conservative (Republican right wing extremist)).

If you aint got nothing to hide, then why are the Republican so afraid of having FAIR voting districts? If Republicans have such a great party platform that the majority supports, then why are you trying to rig the election system? It makes no sense…until of course you compare their words to their tax cuts for the super rich and giant monopolies. Or, you know the people are going to be pissed when they see their tax increases, cut in government programs that help all communities in the US, and especially when they either lose their healthcare or get a big fat bill for junk healthcare plan no allowed by Trump and Pence - of course they themselves would never sign on to these plans because they know they are junk.

Dear Pennsylvania Voters:

This is our very public admission, that we know that the only way we can win elections is to cheat. We recognize that more of you disagree with our positions than agree with them, which is why we wrote the maps to our extreme advantage and are now suiing to keep that advantage, because, well, f*ck democracy. We embody the description ‘entitled’ perfectly. You are not entitled to a representative government as it infringes on our role to cheat, win and dominate.

Up yours Key Stone staters,

The Dirty 8 plaintiffs.

In the light of Citizens United and the appointment of Gorsuch, what do the Pennsylvania Republicans have to lose? Any kind of RWNJ case that somehow gets even close to this court appears to have a very good chance of being heard, and at least a 60/40 chance of being ruled on favorably. So, what the hell? It might smell bad, but it might fly.

it appears every choice in the court drawn plan was to pack Republicans into as few districts as possible

Oh, the horror. How unfair. Who would do such a thing?

The total lack of public self awareness would be comical if it wasn’t tearing the country to shreds.

They would have to get it heard by a federal court. Alito already rejected it once, SCOTUS will likely do so again, and in light of that there’s a good chance the district court won’t look very favorably on this filing.
