Impeach!
Sue him!
If Obama weren’t a black Kenyan socialist with no birth certificate we’d be seeing significantly higher numbers because something Ronald Reagan tort reform, and… hey look, they’re running another old clip from BENGHAZI!
omg when will the tyranny end
If the GOP and Job Creators got off the sidelines, the numbers would be even better. 6 months of steady job creation and the stock market gains are bad news for the GOP.
Why are we still talking about unemployment? This news doesn’t reflect poorly on Obama!
209,000 plus 15,000 in upward revisions for may and June. The unemployment rate is down 1.1% from a year ago and 3.8% from it’s peak. Long term unemployed down 1.1 million from a year ago. Marginally attached workers down from a year ago. Average hourly wage up slightly… There will always be those who can parse bad news out of any jobs report but it is starting to look like no republican will want to talk about the economy in a few months.
Six consecutive months with over 200,000 jobs added.
This hasn’t happened since 1997.
I blame Obama.
Total Private-Sector Jobs…
–Obama takes office: …111,397,000
–Now: …117,082,000
(NET GAIN: …5,685,000)
–Obamacare becomes law:…107,300,000
–Now: …117,082,000
(NET GAIN: …9,782,000)
We’ve gained 5.7 million private-sector jobs since Obama entered office. We’ve gained nearly 10 million since Obamacare became law.
Now, compare that to Bush (who had a NET LOSS of 462,000 private-sector jobs during his 8 years).
whateverdude:
Your FACTS only prove he is worse than Bush.
After this good news, maybe Obama’s approval rating will tick up to 42%.
I have really come to despise the MSM. I have never in my life seen a president given so little credit so often and on so many subjects. Unless it’s bad news, even if it’s bad news about another country’s doing on another continent, it’s somehow all Obama’s fault because he failed to do something, something, something. Israel breaks the 72 hour truce with Hamas and it’s somehow Obama’s fault. Good unemployment numbers need to be vigorously dissected in order to find and promote some tiny nugget of not so great news. It’s shameful, it’s disgusting, and it’s hurting our country almost as badly as Republicans in Congress.
Nope. He’s gonna get blamed for Boner’s House not passing anything on immigration. Watch Chuck Todd for details.
After the 2nd quarter GDP report,I was sure the July numbers would equal or exceed June.
What would make anyone think the POTUS has ANYTHING to do with job creation? If that’s the case, it’s no worse than the last guy left it.
Of course the haters (Repubs) will say that these are mostly low paying, minimum wage jobs. Of course, those would be better paying jobs if the haters (Repubs) would quit toying with people’s lives and got on board with the minimum wage hike of roughly 30%.
Think about the repercussions of millions of Americans making 30% more and then immediately dumping it into the economy. That causes demand, which causes more hiring, which grows the economy even more. Holy obstruction buster Obama, you did it!
This is the track that we are on and not even the useless, stab there own neighbors in the back Republicans, are able to contain this wave.
Don’t let the naysayers get you down, things are looking a whole lot better and that is very contagious.
In their own painful, weird way, the Republicans have managed to help us by hurting themselves. Evil is evil, but it isn’t exactly smart.
Hey were creating as many jobs as romney promised AND with total republican obstruction. Not bad…but can we sustain this growth…
Agree. It’s beyond frustrating to see the media obsessed with trivia, drama and manufactured controversy.
Fortunately, the President doesn’t live by the news cycle.
