Donald J. Trump knows NOTHING about this issue – and in particular how it relates to the vast State of California. Water wars, as they are known, have been going on for forty-plus years. If it weren’t for the feds, there would be no huge agriculture economy in California. The City of San Francisco wouldn’t have the wonderful Hetch Hetchy watershed. That water is snow melt – delicious – the best damned municipal water I’ve ever tasted. California politicians have been, by and large, idiots for not seriously tackling this issue decades ago. They’ve had the power, just not the collective will. I love California and want to see them persevere.
