Discussion for article #239229
Itâs OK, Drumph already called him a âloserâ so that ends the discussion.
Re Trumpâs (or his spokesmanâs) claim that Stone was fired: There seems not to be a single graceful, or gracious, bone in Trumpâs body. Every engagement with people is divided into two categories: Who adulates Trump; and who slights or neglects him.
Dude: There is a third wayâitâs called âLet it go.â Youâd be wise to look into finally learning how to do that.
News flash, Stone - Trump has only one core issue: Donald Trump.
Stone also shared with MSNBC the letter of resignation Stone said he sent Trump, in which he wrote, âUnfortunately, the current controversies involving personalities and provocative media fights have reached such a high volume that it has distracted attention from your platform and overwhelmed your core message."
Trump has a core message other than âcontroversies involving personalities and provocative media fightsâ?? Golly, who knew?
Whoâd this guy expect, Nelson Rockefeller? Donât let the door hit you on the way out. Next minion, please step forward!
So the guy who makes his living helping political campaigns burn their opponents with lies and distortions doesnât like it when he is screwed with the same tactics. Welcome to tRumpland. Itâs hard to decide which one of them is more reprehensible, so weâll just call it a tie, eh?
Well, considering that Roger Stone has been an epic vote-stealing slimeball since the Nixon administration, Iâm only sorry that he and The Donald arenât inflicting more damage upon one another.
There simply is not enough space on the internet to host the number of adjectives that would describe Roger Stone
I for one, however, was surprised this was not the schizophrenic that wants to be the dictator of America that Josh wrote about the other day.
Roger Stone who is proud to be âthe man from Citizens United Not Timidâ seriously the dude is like Donald Trump with a less interesting mental illness
Wow! Even a former aid to the shenanigans of Richard 'Tricky Dick" Nixon thinks that Trump is too much.
QuoteFix:
âMr. Trump wants to keep the focus of the campaign on How to Grift the (R)ubes for Profit.â

I am guessing that Sun Tzu never wrote: never miss a chance to open another front.
I think we may have reached peak Trumpalooza.
âUnfortunately, the current controversies involving personalities and provocative media fights have reached such a high volume that it has distracted attention from your platform and overwhelmed your core message."
Sorry, this isnât believable, ergo, he must have been fired. As someone has already pointed out, Trump has no core message or platform. Thatâs the entire point of his campaign! His strategy is the following: Step 1: Say/do something outrageous and outlandish that shocks the media and the establishment. Step 2: Revel in the glory and adulation offered up by the base. Step 3: Rinse and repeat.
The base, like a spoiled child, has been told they can do no wrong and act accordingly. Now, thereâs no putting that genie back in the bottle. And if you try, well then, youâre just not conservative enough. Congratulations Repubs!
Plus, after all the shenanigans Stone has been involved with over the years, I canât believe roughing up Megan Kelly, however classless and undignified, is all of a sudden a deal-breaker for him. What, he was okay with calling all Mexicans rapists and McCain a loser?
After Trump told The Washington Postâs Robert Costa Saturday that he had canned Stone Friday evening by e-mail, Stone denied the claim to Costa and took to Twitter to rebut Trumpâs account.
Though its done now@whatevs, in regards to the curious, there is a way to solve this: timestamps. All (if notâŚmea culpa) e-mail and text messaging have a way of showing what time a message was sent. Whoever sent first, âwinsâ (the prize is slowly becoming irrelevant, but a win is a win.)

âRoger wanted to use the campaign for his own personal publicity. He has had a number of articles about him recently and Mr. Trump wants to keep the focus of the campaign on How to Make American Great Again.â
Not sure if thatâs a typo or a Freudian slip.
May 27, 2008 - This weekâs New Yorker profile of gonzo GOP operative Roger Stone tells us a lot of thingsâŚDonald Trump hates Stone almost as much as he hates Rosie OâDonnell: âRoger is a stone-cold loser,â he said. âHe always tries taking credit for things he never did.â
So now we can add Liar to Trumps other characteristics:
Bluster,
poor anger management
propensity to sue
inability to take criticism
vain in the extreme
unable to forgive or seek same.
liar
Not good qualities in a POTUS.
Trump owns the âMake America Great Againâ trade mark. So when his super pac uses those words he gets paid. Heâs making money off his own campaign.
You owe Donald Trump a dollar now because you said âMake America Great Againâ. WaitâŚ
