Discussion: DOJ: Kobach Has Agreed Not To Share Voter Fraud Panel Records With DHS

Can some one give me the legal definition of share?

What are the chances that KKKobach had already shared the voter fraud panel’s records with DHS before he agreed not to do so?

Note that they used the phrase “non-public.” Just about all of the data that Kobach gathered was public. Technically, the DHS could query the states for this data but it would raise eyebrows if they were to do so and lead to uncomfortable stories. Now, though, they can use that public data that has already been gathered. This agreement doesn’t really do much at all.

Kobach plans to first “white out” the swastikas emblazoned in gold before sharing his report.

The problem is when those records do become public,
the handful of voter fraud cases they dug up are all republicans in red states.
They basically shot themselves in the foot and can’t stop the bleeding just yet…

No, but I can give you a practical one: let others see. What a load this is. It’s obvious that what Kobach was up to is not something he or the Trump administration wants seen. So they came up with this elegant way to bury it. DOJ, Kobach and DHS are the players. All owned by Trump and the only players in this mess. Conclusion: It was a fuck up and Trump wants it to go away.
