Seems pretty easy to me-------if a prison has a history of sexual abuse for DECADES and all it takes to end the investigation is for the guard to deny he did anything-----then it’s time to put in cameras everywhere with the the screens showing the feed located away from the prison and monitored by other women. Given the choice of having a female who I will never see watching everything I do or being raped repeatedly for years on end------I’d take the camera! This is disgusting.

I liken Alabama to a broken toilet in a condemned crack house, overflowing with putrid fly-plundered filth and no way to flush it all down.
