I have to admit that Mr. Brafmanās line about the ātechnical nature of the charges making for no viable defenseā as a real keeper in my file of wonderfully whacked euphemistic excuses. Right up there with ānot intended as a factual statementā and NASA flight control referring the the Challenger exploding as a āmajor malfunctionā.

If sentenced to serving time, I suspect heāll pull a page from The Hip-Hop Guide to Doing Time: after leaving jail heāll used the time to burnish his street creds with the movement. āYeah, I was taken down by the Obama administrationā¦yada, yada, yada.ā
