TX is purple already if one ignores the systemic efforts the GOP/Teatrolls have made to maintain control. The Teatrolls themselves are purple with rage over the demographic shifts shown in the 2010 census.

Right. No intermittent interim data…no no…that might contradict the 2017 report that has essentially already been written by the GOP/Teatroll agenda. Wouldn’t want anyone out there actually performing ongoing analysis of the efficacy of this massive expenditure that arguably interferes with the federal government’s purview over immigration and border control. Its efficacy is presumed and predetermined.

Actually, the wheels on most all-terrain wheelchairs are more like tank treads than monster truck tires. They’re pretty cool, actually.

$800 million with literally no oversight or record-keeping necessary? Hell, I’m moving down there to get a piece of the grifting pie.
hmmmmmm I wonder how much of that 800million there gonna whine to the govt they seem to hate for that money or are they gonna put taxes on things that the middle class and working poor use…and all with no oversite …that right there is a conservative republicon’s wet dream
