THERE IS NOT AN ARMY OF UNDOCUMENTED PEOPLE RUSHING ACROSS THE BORDER TO WREAK HAVOC IN THE RIO GRANDE VALLEY. THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO ARE CAUSING PROBLEMS ARE THOSE WHO WANT TO MAKE THIS A POLITICAL ISSUE INSTEAD OF A HUMANITARIAN CAUSE.

Does this mean , say, Commerce can just open a “gate” at the border and enact some unilateral free trade, by ‘waiving’ an immigration or import law or two?

The Republicans have literally and very seriously broken our country. We’re in “they do whatever the f*ck they want now” mode. And now they have a SCOTUS to brush aside any legal protest. It’s a coup. Nothing short of an actual coup.
And it was their very own Justice Kavanaugh who helped pen the 4th-amendment-killing Patriot Act. Such nice people…
Trump is apparently also working on making this a one-party country. His recent tweet declaring the Democrats “too dangerous” to hold power, essentially put them on the “enemies of the people” list right alongside the Press…
