I’ve wrecked a few bicycles and motorcycles in my life. Broken more bones that I care to think about. Each accident hurt worse than the previous. Now, I don’t normally tempt Karma by wishing pain on others, but I’ll make an exception for this wretch. I do hope she suffers life-long pain and discomfort from her injuries.

So, this is a Trump Cabinet member who “works from home”. Really? I worked in Human Resources in large companies for 35 years and senior managers with lots of direct reports were not allowed to do this. Just another swamp creature.

I find it odd they don’t say she broke her collarbone or ankle or whatever.
The cyclist part of me feels a twinge of sympathy for her- wonder if she’s nursing a broken collarbone? However the teacher part of me feels absolutely zero sympathy and I’m trying not to cheer for the pothole that took her down… or the the driver that ran her off the road. Or whatever it was.
I hope they took the opportunity to implant a new heart while they were at it. Clearly she needs one.
