More gaslighting. This administration is attacking the idea that there’s such a thing as a knowable, factual truth. It’s doing it consciously through Bannon and the Russians and instinctively through Trump himself. As usual, nobody gets much past Fallows on this or any other subject as his latest makes clear. Trump uses the media, nobody would argue otherwise. But healthy respect for them or any other entity in this universe is not what we’re talking about when we talk about things Trumpian.

I’m still waiting on Tom Arnold’s videos of outtakes from Celebrity Apprentice and the DC Madam’s lawyer, Montgomery Blair Sibley, who said he had secrets to divulge when certain records were released. He was sure they were going to be a bombshell which would forever change the election. He said he would release them even if they remained under a gag order.

Last I heard…Well, I hadn’t heard another thing about them. And still I wait…
