Rex said US citizens can all rest easy though. Big oil executives are trustworthy.
If by some chance a North Korean Missle does impact 40 KM from Guam, does the Island being irradiated by fallout from the blast of the warhead still constitute an act of War?
I wonder if anyone in “Government” has really thought thru any of these potential problems.
-Is 40 km away from Guam still international waters? Yes, but what if the trajectory is in error by a few milliseconds of arc and the Missle lands inside the 12-mile (19.3 km) limit? (CEP)
-Is the US Government prepared for an influx of people, both Military and civilian exposed to radiation?
-What happens to the tourist industry? How many people of various nationalities might have to be evacuated after suffering exposure?
-Are other Governments warning their citizens away from Guam lately? What is the economic impact on Guam?
-What happens to the fish and sea life closer in toward Guam?
How about asking tougher questions and demanding clearer answers?
Chamorros? I hear they are delicious treat of Mexican origin…
