Discussion for article #222263
Always kick your enemy when he’s down!
Democrats, lay the boots to the GOP with constant reminders that the ACA is working, how many millions of dollars in savings, who is benefiting, and the wealth of individual Obamacare success stories!
Beat back the GOP’s obfuscation campaign with the facts!
If lying was outlawed, repubs would be silent forever.
There’s a tailspin of culture in our inner House in particular, of GOP representatives not working and just generations of their wealthy fathers not even thinking about work or learning to value the culture of legislation, so there’s a real culture problem here in the do nothing House that has to be dealt with…
Watching too much Fox News can kill you:
That wasn’t Obamacare, that was the ACA…
Another day, another load of Republican disinformation. And the beat goes on…
Yep, neoCONNED again.
One has to give the GOP credit. If the facts don’t support their argument, they just change the facts.
When you have nothing of value it is time to gin-up even more finger pointing. It does seem odd that when you have insurance corporations claiming payment levels of 80%, and even higher, the GOP would counter with a figure pulled from whole cloth.
That is a pretty good article you link. I’m guessing there are stories all over the country like this.
Democrats = ObamaCare
Republicans = WeDon’tCare
“I didn’t care for Obama. I can’t say nothing bad about him now because it was his plan that probably saved my life.”
And your friends at Fox would have killed you.
It’s the rehashed birther argument. The data isn’t real, the document is a phony, blah-blah-blah. Then they get the Trump treatment.
The President will continue to let them dangle on a string and make fools of themselves, then he will hit them with some really big numbers that come from all of the sources, not just the exchanges.
The Republicans walk into the same exact trap everytime. The stink of getting caught hasn’t even worn off from the last time they got snared and yet they anxiously and willingly go head first into the abyss after the same carrot.
This is the game that they want to play and what motivates their voters, most importantly. Giving the real numbers and facts only initiates plan B all over again and we are back to full denial and the skewed polls BS. That works for them on a daily news cycle basis but not monthly or quarterly and damn sure not yearly. They are playing a game and it’s best to keep out and let them play with their selves.
We have filled the void that people were desperate for and America had to have in order to remain solvent and that, as I’ve long been told, is one of the big keys to success. The success is now a proven thing, we do not need to reprove it, we only have to reap the reward and proudly take credit.
Not only did you not HAVE to pay your first premium until April 30th, in many cases you actually can’t until the insurance company bills you, at which time you’re provided with an account number, necessary to pay. I enrolled two friends during the final weeks of the enrollment period, and in both cases HealthCare.gov advised us to await a bill and then make the first payment.
What difference does it make how many have paid up (yet)?
Can’t these grasping-at-straw conservatives find something substantive to bitch about?
