Hey folks! Here’s brilliant idea. We can ask the Russians for help! You know, form some sort of, I dunno, cyber-security working group, let them know what we’re doing, what we’re thinking about doing, see if they might lend a hand or maybe throw an idea or two our way. I hear they’re really good at this.
