Hello Democrats , Weâd like you to meet Tea Party politics
Unelectable fringe candidates for every race .
Or how about a nice 3 way split all but guaranteeing a Republican win.
As with other Democratic primaries, I think the people of Ohio are best equipped to decide who the best candidate will be.
My pick would be Cordray, But as a resident of New Hampshire, my opinion carries little weight
I object to the headline. âDennis the Menaceâ is inappropriate.
In almost every case, Iâd back the progressive against the establishment Dem, especially this year.
Not Kucinich.
I want 100% agree. I think it is purposefully belittling, in precisely the kind of thing that bothers me when the establishment democratic committees pull the same stuff.
The democrats of Ohio voting in the primary will make the best decision for their state.
While I feel that The issues that Dennis brings up could cut negatively against cordray in the primary, I do not think that those issues cut against cordray in the general election, or at least to a lesser degree.
Either way,Cordray has been out of elective politics for some time now, and a primary is a good time to Re-hone those skills.
Hello Democrats. You thought you had a voice in the party. Wrong the only voices of importance are the oligarchs the party leaders work for. Remember the party leaders, not the voters, get to pick the tame politicians you get to vote for.
I am sorry , Kucinich is a progressive gadfly, but that doesnât mean his voice should be silenced or he should be tared as a Russian lackey. If the voters want a gadfly they can have a gadfly. It is called democracy.
The Dennis the Menace headline really doesnât go with the story. It is the headline that screams entitled establishment hit job.
Cue all the whiners from the Bernie contingent to spout their usual word salad. If you had âestablishment Demsâ on your Bernie Bros Bingo Card, drink!
Kucinich has spoken glowingly of Trump â he has disqualified himself.
Simple solution for Cordray⌠Refuse all NRA Money⌠campaign on a ban for assault rifles.
Cordray should destroy Kucinich on Russia. We need to rid the party of those who would peddle Russian active measures into our electorate. Kucinich is one of them. We also need to make an example out of one to show the far left that flirting with treason has electoral consequences. Those nuts keep hiding behind the fiction that âRussia doesnât matter to votersâ. The reason Trumpâs numbers are down is because of Russia. Itâs a fundamental national security issue. If Democrats want to win they have to be forthright about defending the Republic. Kucinich muddles that message. He needs to be soundly defeated.
On the gun issue, Cordray has to demonstrate that he will push for common sense gun control without alienating the more conservative general electorate. Conor Lamb pretty much showed how a midwestern/rust belt Dem can do that. OH primary voters voted for HRC by a large margin (14-15 points) over Sanders. Iâd tend to believe that Cordray should be able to beat Kucinich by a solid margin. The OH primary electorate isnât a far left leaning group.
I donât. Kucinich enables Russian active measures and soft pedals treason. I donât want him in the party. Heâs a nut.
Has he? Last I looked he was still proud of his A rating.
WellâŚif he doesnât address it deftly as Lamb did, heâll make this race closer than it should be.
And is that better or worse than Kucinichâs A rating from Trump and Fox News?
Kucinich: Forgotten but not gone.
Troll much?
Youâre right. That cartoon kid was cute.
Kucinich called Trumpâs inauguration speech âgreatâ and a âmessage of unity,â and has been much less critical of Trump than most other Democrats
Thatâs all I would need to know. If he doesnât see this nation is in dangerâŚwhat more would you need to know?
AwwâŚhow cute. Look at the little BernieBro trying to pretend that he is a single issue voter on gun control.
You should always comfort the afflicted and afflict the comfortable. The coming Democratic revolution is not going to be enjoyed by old style duck and cover democrats or the billionaires who fund them.
I am not a great lover of Kucinich, but at least he is a fighting democrat.
